Guild Wars 2 Unfortunately an Error Has Occurred Try Again Later
I cannot purchase a gem in Black Lion via credit card or paypal. It say that "Unfortunately, an error occur please effort again later". I have washed some inquiry but not found annihilation helpful.
I have open a ticket merely they have non answered me yet. Anyone has a solution for this trouble ?
P.S. I'm sure my card for valid.

I'thou dealing with the same issue. Unable to purchase gems on my credit card all day today. Its extremely frustrating. Trying to give them money and they don't want to accept it. No customer service telephone number and cannot go a resolution online through emails. Astonishing.

My two payments came through! I wish information technology hadn't submitted them tbh, I don't demand THIS many gems, merely I'k cool with it I guess.

- Are yous getting a "failed transaction" type of message from PayPal?

Yes. I tried to purchase gems twice using PayPal – both were failed transactions. I then purchased gems on my credit card. It seems the PayPal transactions went through anyhow. I now have a lot of gems.

Not sure why it doesnt only stop the transaction if an error occurs, and then goes through 30 minutes later, finer making me spend lx€ i didnt mean to spend.
